Office Manager/Dental Receptionist

Office Manager/Dental Receptionist:  A successful, growing oral surgery/dental practice for our Oviedo location.  This is a great opportunity for one to grow with a young, motivated, professional team.  The position will provide leadership and guidance to the office and participate in the growth and future of the practice. 

 

Responsibilities include:  handling all front office functions including greeting public, managing phones with scheduling, ensuring the highest standards of patient satisfaction, providing for the highest quality dental and medical care, supervising staff, managing inventory, facilities, quality control, and overseeing account receivables.  Strong organizational skills, motivation, independence, and computer skills are an asset. 

 

This position can be 32-40 hours, depending on preference.
