Exciting and rewarding position for a Physician?s Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with an upscale, fast growing, and industry leading laser hair removal as an educator for our Treatment Providers.  Our success is attributed to a shared passion for making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate competence in the following:Laser treatment protocols and the associated patient careAdministering learning systems and training programsAnalyzing and identifying individual & collective learning needsDesigning, developing, and implementing training programs in accordance with adult learning methodologies, and the audience and Ideal Image culture and business environmentClinical studies in support of research and development efforts

 

This key position is based at our new Learning & Readiness Center within corporate headquarters in beautiful Tampa, Florida and provides exciting travel opportunities to our facilities throughout the US.

 

Position Requirements:

? ARNP credential (Master's Degree).

? Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida.

? 3 or more years of aesthetic laser experience and training.

? Previous clinical education experience preferred.

? Strong interpersonal communications skills and rapport-building skills.

? Knowledge of concepts and protocols associated with laser treatment.

? Travel throughout US may be required.
