Account Executive Healthcare Transcription Services

The Monticello Group is assisting one of the premier firms in Healthcare Transcription Services as it continues to grow across the country.
We are looking for an exceptional sales professional who can build an assigned multi-state territory by prospecting new clients, using and developing the company?s sales management data.  Develop client relationships at the management and physicians level and present the company?s  compelling value story while anticipating and solving client issues. 

Must have a proven track record of sales success, as well as experience selling to physician group practices and hospitals, demonstrated understanding of medical record processes, healthcare delivery models, physician work flow etc.

This position requires excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, as well as solid interpersonal skills.  Ability to interact with clients, research solutions and make persuasive client presentations. Solid computer literacy desired in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with Sales Force Automation tools.

2-5 years of above quota sales perfomrance and a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Healthcare, required.

Excellent compensation plus commissions.  Approximately  50% travel within territory (OH, IL, MI, IN).
