Admissions Coordinator

Position: Admissions Coordinator-Intermittent

Position Summary:

Responsible for the processing of new client referrals and tracking admission status through client satisfaction feedback with the service provided. Duties may include: following through with telephone inquiries, inputting data into computer database, and monitoring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently

Experience with medical terminology

Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, business, and medical information

Organized and flexible; self-directed, and able to independently problem solve appropriately

Ability to sit (at a computer) for an extended period of time

Working knowledge of computer software such as word processing and spreadsheets

Current NM Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
