Responsible for analysis and reporting; maintains master data; administers non-traditional compensation plans

Responsible for standard and adhoc reporting and analysis (includes making recommendations based on results) 40%
Maintains master compensation data and accuracy within Siebel ICM (includes Appendix A?s and Scorecard bonus document administration) 40%
Administers non-traditional compensation plans 20%Position Description

Minimum Requirements

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Education/Training ? 4 year Business or Finance related degree

Business Experience ? 5+ years in related positions, previous experience working with management, proven analysis skills, attention to detail

Specialized Knowledge/Skills ? strong Business Objects and Microsoft Excel skills, good knowledge of finance practicesEducation
