Business Analyst

Argus is currently seeking a Business Analyst.

Works under general direction. Functions as a liaison between associates and technical members of project teams and between external customers and internal groups to coordinate information technology solutions with business groups. Identifies and documents business and testing requirements for simple, defined projects; translates requirements into specifications for technical project members. Communicates customer issues and questions, project updates, system problems, etc., to technical and non-technical individuals. Researches, reviews, and analyzes simple system or data changes, customer 'how-to'questions, etc. Provides guidance to less experienced business analysts. Possesses an overall understanding of Argus systems. Understands customer business models. Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. On a project basis, has authority to make independent decisions.

Qualifications
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent experience
Previous analyst/Quality Control experience
Experience in all aspects of the testing cycle
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Background in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but not required.
