The position of Commissions Analyst has recently become available on the Sales Incentive Compensation Management Team within Sales Operations.Position Description

1. Responsible for sales incentive compensation plan administration.
2. Responsible for sales incentive plan compliance ? review/process contracts; review/release deferred commissions; quota attainment reconciliation; prepares and distributes statements.
3. Point of contact for specific sales areas.
4. Sets proactive meetings to review and reconcile attainment, documentation of exceptions, split approvals, disputes.
5. Supports communication of plan changes with Sales Area. Supports scorecard bonus administration at the area level.Minimum Requirements

? 2+ years in related commission?s analyst position.
? Previous experience working with contracts and financial systems.
? Attention to detail
? SAP experience
? Siebel ICM experience preferred
? Strong Microsoft Excel skills
? Knowledge of finance practicesEducation

? 4-year Business or Finance related degree or equivalent experienceMcKesson Statement
