Chief Software Architect


As the director and project manager for all aspects of applications development, you will thrive in a process-oriented, fast-paced, team environment.

You must show a track record of managing complex projects, including client relations and leading a team of technical professionals to execute against time deadlines and quality controls.

You will be responsible for managing a team with a specific focus on project management, coordinate with both internal departments and external clients, and assist with strategic planning for future growth.

Candidate will be able to analyze a set of requirements, architect and produce a well - defined solution.


General Responsibilities:
Ensure that projects meet needs and expectations of quality.
Maintain project controls that accurately reflect completed work against project plans, schedules and budgets, and ensure user/management involvement at appropriate milestones.
Direct the development and reporting of performance metrics and direct actions to continuously improve managing the business of IT.
Work closely with all levels of end users, including executive level staff, to quickly prototype possible approaches to problems, and then implement the final solution.
Work proactively with the data analysts in transforming raw data into useful and informative information for management.

 

Minimum skill requirements:

 
Extensive, hands-on professional experience in Object Oriented Application architecture and programming (design and development).
Working experience with .NET or Java architecture.
Should be ready to work in .NET platform.
Familiarity with all phases of the software development life cycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment).
Sound knowledge and experience using Object Oriented design and development tools.

?  Sound knowledge and experience in modular programming methodologies.

?  Strong application design skills.

?  Ability to work on large-scale projects

?  Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

?  Good understanding of database systems.

?  Strong knowledge of RDBMS, especially SQL Server

?  Good experience in database design.

 

 

Minimum education/work experience:

?  BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.

?  3+ years In Developing Object Oriented Application Architecture

?  5+ years experience as an application/software programmer or developer.

?  5+ years progressive experience in Information Services

?  Experience in healthcare industry
