Primary responsibilities include:



Performing project management of deliverables


Defining the scope of periodic reporting and preparing key findings


Contacting and interacting with clients as needed


Coordinating the implementations for new clients


Conducting training on the data warehouse tool


Analyzing data and consulting with clients on areas where they can save money


Exporting the information from the data warehouse tool


Running reports for consultants







Customer service or healthcare experience is required, as is the ability to develop a rapport with clients. A related degree is preferred, as is medical claim and coding experience. Client services/customer support experience is a plus, along with data warehouse experience. Related computer proficiency is ideal.
