Travel Expectation: 75%+

This exciting new position will encompass training and support for our cardiovascular Information system product line, cath report, echo report, ACC submission as well as our cathlab hemodynamic monitoring system.

Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Partners with users to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

* Workflow customization and design to hospital customers
* Phone and remote application support to customers

The following qualifications are strongly desired:
* RCIS, RN or RTR with 3+ years of Cath Lab experience.
* Strong Hemodynamic background, sound understanding of cardiology department workflow.
* Cardiac Echo and Nuclear Medicine experience a plus.
* Knowledge of higher level medical communication protocols (i.e. DICOM / HL7)
* Familiarity of document / registry standards such as JCAHO, NCDR or STS.
* Experience with Windows XP, Word, Excel
* Team leader with good interpersonal and organizational skillsMcKesson Statement
