Clinical Informatics Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Maintain and assist in managing electronic medical record EMR project work plans

? Assist in the development, coordination and execution of project plans with external agencies

? Assist in managing implementation process

? Assist in workflow reengineering and system build

? Develop program and orientation sessions for health center staff

? Assist in program evaluation and assessment

? Develop and maintain a working knowledge of EMR technology and ambulatory workflows.

? Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Must have bachelor?s level education

? Excellent oral and written communications skills, interpersonal skills and capable of functioning in a team environment.

? Planning and organizational skills. Project Management experiences required.

? Demonstrate the ability to lead a complex team

? Ability to function independently

? Understanding of technical healthcare related concepts (Interfaces, HL7, reporting) etc.

? Knowledge of healthcare organizations preferred

? Experience in EMR implementation preferred
