We are seeking a Systems Director for the Clinical Informatics Department. This position requires
?a?RN license and BSN; MSN and additional education in Informatics or Information Sciences is preferred.
This position will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer with a matrix reporting relationship to the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Nursing Officer.
This position will work closely with IS, performance Improvement, Nursing Leadership, the Chief Medical Information Officer and the Clinical Effectiveness Leadership team to help establish and implement standard practices and information technologies relevant to clinical application of information technologies across the organization.

Qualified candidates will have clinical experience plus several years of progressive healthcare management experience including a senior management position in a healthcare environment with a network of affiliated providers and experience supporting remote sites.

?

Should also have experience and working knowledge of various clinical applications including clinical systems, CPOE and clinical decision support as well as experience with development and management of capital and operating budgets.
