Credentialing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to join our Medical Division in Norcross, GA.

 

Job Summary:

This key position will be focused on meeting our commitments to our travelers and clients by helping our travelers with the credentials are in order and paperwork on file for licensing, healthcare records, OSHA testing, etc.

Essential Functions:
Facilitate licensing process w/ MDI Medical employees and State Boards;
Initiate the on-boarding process for MDI Medical employees:
Prepare and send out start package;
Collect and maintain all employees? credentials and HR files;
Communicate on-going status of licensure and paperwork to Housing Department
Work with Customer Support Services to collect hours/time cards;
Liaise between travelers, recruiters, housing, and Customer Support Services to answer payroll and benefits questions;
Provide overall Administrative Support to the Traveler Support Services Manager.

 

Position Requirements:

? Must be a champion of Customer Service

? Familiarity with JCAHO compliancy strongly preferred

? Excellent problem solving skills

? Strong organizational skills

? Possess a can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours, when necessary, to communicate with travelers
2+ years experience supporting multiple people in a team environment
Experience w/ the medical industry preferred, but not required
