Customer Relationship Manager / Healthcare

Customer Relationship Manager/ CRM/ Healthcare:  In addition to patient care experience, the candidate must have solid experience designing, configuring, and developing physician and/or nurse workflow as it relates to healthcare Information Systems or technology.Ideal experience will include hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Analyst, and/or team member.

 

Job requirements and summary of required experience:

CRM's are responsible for the oversight of all Business Systems, Web Systems, Security, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.  CRM's are given a territory within the hospital, where responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of projects; leading discovery and initiation of solution strategy; managing budget for projects; managing outsourced information services employees; and ensuring business users were satisfied with results.  This person is the primary liaison between their assigned hospitals and health care units and the Information Services Group.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

o  BS Degree in Computer Science or related

o  Background or current experience as a clinician in a healthcare facility.

o  Solid, demonstrated, defendable experience designing, configuring, and developing physician and/or nurse workflow as it relates to healthcare information systems or technology

o  Excellent communication skills


Start:  ASAP

Duration: contract for hire

Salary range:  $80 to $115K+
