BJC Information Services provides hardware and software technology solutions to strengthen the quality and overall service in our hospitals.  Specifically, BJC IS manages computer application development and implementations for clinical, financial, and ancillary software applications.  Presently we seek to hire a team of Electonic Medical Records (EMR) Analysts to assist with the implementations of a new EMR application within BJC Medical Group facilities.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 Participate in cross-functional team through the entire project life-cycle.Create and maintain EMR project planParticipates in planning, design, development and implementation activities.Complete product tailoring and table building activitiesPrepare and facilitate rapid design sessionsParticipate in training and testing activitiesProvide assistance with data collection for NextGen specific tailoring components such as templates, master files, dictionaries, outputs, and other items as necessary.Participates in the tailoring and build of the various aspects of the NextGen system.

 

Our ideal candidates will possess the following:

? Experience working with MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Project, Access required

? Bachelor's degree a minimum or relevant work experience required

? Experience with implementing new vended applications strongly preferred

? Functional knowledge of medical front office and back end practice management processes preferred

? Experience working with NextGen application preferred

? Experience with Crystal Reports and SQL scripting preferred
