Job Description:

 

Minimum Required Experience and Education:

The Senior Epic Ambulatory and Inpatient certified  Consultants will possess expert knowledge of one or both of the Epic modules Ambulatory and Inpatient and will be interested in getting certified in EPIC Oncology Module  along with in depth full life cycle implementation experience, from gathering requirements and workflow analysis to building and implementing Epic applications. The Senior Epic Consultants will manage client expectations through all aspects of system development life cycle including design, build, testing, training, deployment and post live support activities; provide support and/or lead clinical redesign efforts; manage relationships with clients and vendor support personnel; develop and maintain detailed implementation work plans, communication plans, risk management and mitigation plans, issues logs and other project support documentation; define functional and technical system requirements; facilitate design sessions and/or issue resolution sessions, develop system deployment plans and participate in system deployment tasks; and provide knowledge transfer to client personnel.

We also have multiple positions seeking candidates for the following positions: Epic Bridges, Epic Cadence (scheduling), Epic Chart and Film Tracking, Epic  Chronicles Extended Relational Database Management System, Epic Clarity/Analyst, Epic Cohort, EpicCare Ambulatory (EMR), EpicCare (ED), EpicCare Inpatient, Epicenter, EpicLab, EpicRx (pharmacy), EpicWeb, Identity, Epic MyChart (medical records), MyEpic, Epic OpTime, Prelude (Ambulatory access), Epic Prelude (ADT/Prelude), Epic Radiant (Radiology), Epic Resolute Hospital Billing, Epic Resolute Professional Billing, Epic Tapestry, Epic OutReach (orders and results for Ancillary), EpicCare ClinDoc & POE (Clinical Documentation & Order Entry modules).

 

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, between both the customer and all levels within the organization. Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs are also required. Must be energetic and passionate about patient management systems and possess a positive ?can do? attitude.
