In order to maintain and improve the quality of healthcare we provide our valuable members, we are seeking a HEDIS Data Specialist to identify trends and provide information to our internal customers. Primary responsibilities include:
Providing Quality (HEDIS) data via proprietary software data systems
Tracking and trending data
Devising strategies to improve HEDIS scores
Overseeing data integrity/maintaining efficiency of data collection systems
Presenting to providers and internal customers



Significant HEDIS experience is essential to this role, in addition to reporting and presentation skills. A strong background in quality improvement is highly preferred. Prior work in a Medicaid setting will be very helpful. Experience with NCQA accreditation is a plus. Computer skills are a must, and SQL (or other programming) is ideal. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates with CPHQ certifications are encouraged to apply.
