 Job Description:

 

Leading Data Warehousing Software Company seeking a Healthcare Actuarial Specialist to work with the sales team throughout North America.

 

As the Healthcare Industry Specialist:

 

- Work closely with Major Account Managers who are selling Data Warehousing and CRM software solutions into the Healthcare Industry!

 

- Solve problems for Clients:

 

o Meeting Deadlines for Mandated and Compliance Reporting!

 

o Improve analysts? abilities to perform critical analysis functions for instant knowledge and decision-making!

 

- Help Create the Value Propositions and Solutions to build customer base!

 

- Create the Vision for providing Solutions to your industry!

 

- Work with sales team creating business in prestige clients like: Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Mercy Care Plan, Highmark, Kaiser Permanente

 

Compensation includes income in excess of $140,000 with a base salary up to $100,000, bonus for sales performance, equity, and excellent benefits.

 Qualifications:

 

If you have a SUCCESSFUL track record in the Healthcare Industry as an ?Actuary for a Payer? and:

 

- Knowledge of payer actuarial/ underwriting functions, product or claims management is a plus.

 

- Risk Management experience is a plus.

 

- Knowledge of various business intelligence and analytic tools.

 

- Understands data flows across business areas and how information is used to address business challenges, issues and regulatory requirements.

- Knowledge and experience with building data warehouses and/or data marts from a business perspective.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentations to a wide range of audiences.
