We have exciting opportunities for Healthcare Business Analysts to work from home or in a TriZetto office, if nearby. Responsibilities include:
- Support client transaction system configuration changes and new configuration requirements, including configuration analysis, design, build and test.
- Liaise between client, administration, and other essential departments in order to ensure overall quality and client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer?s business requirements, objectives and provider contracts determining and designing the optimal configuration of the customers business on the product.
- Document key business decisions and processes, and validate with the customer.
- Provide system application and configuration support to the client.
- Solve complex problems.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare transaction system configuration required.
- Previous system implementation and/or project management skills required.
- Strong understanding of healthcare business operations, with a focus on claims processing and provider contracting logic. - Product and pricing configuration experience on Facets software HIGHLY preferred.
- Healthcare system product and pricing configuration A MUST.
- Working knowledge of Rapid SQL, with technical ability to create and generate queries within Access.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment to assess highest priorities; able to manage time and resources profitably.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Ability to travel 50%.
