Keystone Mercy Health Plan seeks a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team of talented professionals in our Philadelphia, PA location.

 

The Help Desk Analyst II will provide desk side support for all PC hardware/peripherals/software and telephone support to end users.  This position also assists with moves/adds/changes for KMHP/AMHP associates and affiliates.  The Help Desk Analyst II is responsible for receiving daily assignments and end user calls concerning issues with the operation of all technology, including but not limited to personal computer hardware and peripherals, telephones, standard and supported applications and connectivity to remote systems. The Help Desk Analyst II is responsible for documenting, in detail, all issues/service requests from customers and end users, including the call description, course of action taken to investigate the problem and the final problem resolution.  The function is typically performed during normal business hours but may require flexible or ?off-hours? support from time to time.  Supports and carries out the Mercy Mission.

 

Required: The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills with a minimum of two (2) years technical support experience preferred. A minimum of a two (2) years technical degree is preferred or proven success as a Help Desk Analyst I.
