Develop, schedule and manage service requests in the following role:
Develop plans, schedule and manage several well-defined service requests or small projects at one time under the general direction of technology leadership
Create and manage detailed schedule preparation, milestone and critical path status reporting, schedule maintenance, coordination and facilitation of team meetings, input and update of work-plan schedules in project software, meeting minutes and notes, maintenance of reports, research, raising "red-flag" issues, and preparing implementation status reports in accordance with Regence project management policies and procedures
Senior Implementation Coordinator - above, plus: Work with the Implementation Coordinators to gather status information on all open activities consolidating it to present to management

Combine your Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with the following required skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Minimum of four years experience supporting hardware/software implementations and/or projects
Certificate in Project Management a plus
Experience/education must be broad based and include project management methods and techniques, development life cycle disciplines, configuration management, and change management
Experience with hardware/software installations (Networks, Servers, Desktops and related software)
Demonstrated consensus building and relationship building skills to obtain customer support for the process of collecting and reporting operational metrics
Strong project related software skills including but not limited to MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Lotus Notes, Niku and MS-Visio
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with a customer service orientation
Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions and implement a course of action
Highly detail oriented with outstanding follow through skills
Proactive self starter and strong team player
Can work effectively with minimal supervision
Implementation Coordinator Sr. - includes all of the above, plus:
Minimum of six years experience supporting hardware/software implementations and/or projects
Demonstrated leadership skills to provide direction and coordination for the implementation coordinators
