JOB DETAILS: PayGrade: 149, Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8A-5P; Days of work: Monday through Friday

SUMMARY:
This position analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures to determine most useful business solutions for the Finance Department at OhioHealth. He/She proposes alternative solutions to management as to courses of action to best meet the organization's goals. Duties are concerned with the design and improvement of computer-based business systems PeopleSoft ERP, McKesson and TSI. This position is also responsible for standardizing Statistical Information and determining ways to replace functionality within current technology.

REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Bachelors Degree in Finance or IS ; Certified PeopleSoft Developer

Specialized Knowledge:
Microsoft Access Developer; PeopleSoft ERP and EPM Developer and Support; nVision, Crystal and Query Report Development; Programming Knowledge: SQL and Visual Basic; Microsoft: Word, Excel and Project

Kind and Length of Experience:
10 yrs Lead/Senior Business System Analyst experience to include implementing and supporting Data Warehouse and ERP solutions (PeopleSoft preferred); 5 yrs experience developing and supporting multi-entity statistical reporting; 10 yrs experience supporting several large finance projects at one time and coordinating efforts with IT; 10 yrs experience leading business systems analysts providing direction and monitoring progress on deliverables
