Leading our clinical audit unit, you will take charge of auditing treatment record reviews, monitoring for compliance with Medical Necessity Criteria and ensuring all company and client standards are met. This is a position for a highly organized professional with thorough knowledge of resources/providers for the mental health and substance abuse communities.

Duties:
? Lead all activities dealing with medical records auditing for the Care Management Center (CMC), including developing/monitoring the annual project plan
? Document and communicate your processes to help us meet client and our own high standards
? Direct Clinical Auditors in the review of mental health and substance abuse treatment medical records, as well as in preparing reports and correspondence
? Ensure the preparation of data reports and statistics
? Provide leadership, mentoring and guiding all subordinates
? Maintain personnel levels, managing the recruitment, hiring and training processes

A Bachelors? degree in Health, Mental Health or related field (Graduate degree preferred) with Missouri RN license, and 5-8 years of professional experience (6 in psychiatric/substance abuse; 2+ years in a leadership role) are required. Proven ability to analyze and solve utilization problems, plus interpreting clinical treatment information is essential.
