Position Description

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced office environment in Portland ME, Manchester NH, or Boston MA.  The Manager, Client Analytics & Operations is responsible for all aspects of data analytics and management to support specific health plan and employer clients.  The Manager will interface with multiple departments in the organization and may occasionally travel to client sites.

 

Primary Responsibilies

-Serves as primary contact with overall Health Dialog client team on all aspects related to client data needs, including initial/ongoing campaign (client outreach activity) planning as appropriate

-Communicates directly with client, or through/with overall Health Dialog client team as appropriate and needed, on matters related to data acquisition, management, analysis and reporting, as well as added value of HDAS services

-Assesses and tracks performance of client?s population against stated goals, objectives, and/or performance metrics for client

-Coordinates all aspects of client data acquisition, management, campaign tracking, analysis and reporting

-Works jointly with HDAS team to assess and trouble shoot client data-related issues

-Interprets reports on clinical, financial, and satisfaction outcomes for Health Dialog clients

-Reviews and evaluates client campaign activities and reports to understand successes, communicate value and develop future plans

-Develops data-driven recommendations to improve program performance

-Prepares quarterly assessment of client-targeted outreach activity and results of predictive modeling analyses and presents data and campaign findings to clients as appropriate

-Prepares ad hoc analyses as required

 

Qualifications

-Experience in health care analytics and working directly with health plans, employers, providers, or other health care purchasers

-Outstanding quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex health care data

-Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks and be flexible in taking on various projects

-Strong relationship management capabilities with both internal and external constituents

-Detail and accuracy oriented

-Ability to deal responsibly with confidential information

-Able to meet multiple deadlines

-Strong verbal and written communication skills, including substantial presentation experience

-Record of exceptional business and academic achievement

-Master?s degree in healthcare related field preferred
