Manager, Clinical Applications

First Consulting Group, in partnership with University Hospitals Health Systems, currently has an opening for a Manager, Clinical Applications.

We are currently seeking a Manager of clinical applications for UHHS.

Position responsibilities and requirements:

? Provides guidance to administration and departmental leadership and analysts to assure effective installation, training, maintenance and support of the clinical applications.

? Requires experience in complex healthcare environment with recognized clinical knowledge and leadership.

? Demonstrated experience in managing clinical applications and planned organizational changes.

? Excellent communication, presentations and group facilitation skills.

? Organize and manage clinical analysts to achieve departmental, institutional and regulatory objectives.

? Develop and maintain collaborative relationship with all disciplines and the departments.

? Manage and promote utilization of the clinical applications, users and the analysts, through effective communication, positive role modeling, proactive planning and responsiveness to users needs and concerns.

? Acquire understanding of the application and functionality of the systems and communicate changes effectively.

? Coordinate hiring, firing, organizing and orienting the analysts within the clinical application area.

Proven organizational skills, supervisory skills, and clinical application knowledge is needed.
