Manager, Electronic Eligibility/Enrollment - Healthcare

We are in search of a self-starter with great communication skills to oversee all electronic eligibility management for our vision and dental products. In this position, you would use your substantial electronic eligibility knowledge to supervise the department, improve processes, and act as a liaison to other company staff. Primary responsibilities include:
Supervising teams including Electronic Eligibility, Eligibility Maintenance and Eligibility Analysts
Building metrics to ensure the service level agreement is met
Creating a process for determining trends, root causes and issue analysis
Implementing process improvements across the vision and dental eligibility processes
Interfacing with client operations, sales, sales administration and clientele
Working with clients to understand their systems



Significant electronic eligibility or enrollment processing experience is required for this role, as well as process improvement and a strong background in management. Analytical experience is essential. Previous concept development experience is a plus. Computer proficiency is a must. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
