Smart Document Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for Medical Records Release of Information Representatives to service a medical center campus in the Mesa, East Mesa and Arizona Valley, Arizona area.

As the oldest and largest firm in the medical records release of information industry, Smart Document Solutions delivers quality service to thousands of hospitals, clinics and group practices nationwide using the latest in medical record technology This position is responsible for performing release of information duties, review and process request letters.This is a full-time position, day shift, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. There is no travel involved in this position. Minimum Experience and Education:
*Experience with medical records required. Experience with release of information of medical records is preferred.
*Strong computer and customer satisfaction skills.
*Ability to multi-task, be self - motivated and be a team player.
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent
