Smart Document Solutions, a world leader in health document management solutions, has an immediate need for a qualified candidate as a Medical Records Scanning and Release of Information Specialists at a hospital facility in Macon, GA.

As the oldest and largest firm in the medical records release of information industry, Smart Document Solutions delivers quality service to thousands of hospitals, clinics and group practices nationwide using the latest in medical record technology.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday - Friday, day shift. Primary duties and responsibilities:
The Medical Records Scanning and Release of Information Specialist will process requests for medical records to include pulling charts, filing charts, scanning and copying records for patients, doctors offices, hospitals, attorneys, and insurance companies. Experience:*Must have previous medical records experience. Release of Information experience preferred.*Customer service experience in a medical environment.*High school diploma or GED equivalent. *Position starts immediately
