Qualifications

Education:  Associates Degree is required.  Bachelors degree preferred.



 

Experience: 

? 2-5 years of IDX Flowcast / IDXtend  experience or comparable physician practice management system.

? Superior Project Management skills.

? Report Writing Experience.

? Possess understanding of HIPAA Privacy, Transaction, and Security standards. 

? Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are required.

?  Supervisory experience preferred

 

Responsibilities:

? Provide support to Clinical Director

? Analyze business and system requirements relating to Reception functions.

? Provide business perspective for dictionary/system set-up decisions.

? Facilitates end user training.

? Builds dictionaries to specs and maintains; includes consideration of process design and integration with other systems.

? Establishes Clinic-wide policies and procedures for monitoring compliance.

? Design and implement reports to include DBMS.

? Supervise assigned staff.
