The Pre-Registration Coordinator is responsible for advance registration and scheduling for Hospital departments, including obtaining and entering necessary demographic, financial and insurance information. This position is also responsible for providing appropriate scheduling instructions for incoming patients as well as scheduling appoints as requested by physicians.

Candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of 3rd party billing and medical terminology required. Bilingual in Spanish or Asian language desirable. Customer service and organizational skills are musts!
