Project Manager - Epic Financial/Administrative Systems

CTG Healthcare Solutions, a leader in the healthcare information technology consulting industry, are looking for an Epic Financial and Administrative SystemsProject Manager, to work with a large scale Epic implementation in a pediatric facility in the midwest.

 

 

 

Required Skills: 

 

Healthcare IT Project Management (PMI/PMP certification preferred) experience

 

Epic certification, or equivalent experience with one or more of the following applications: Resolute/Registration, HIM, ADT, Scheduling

 

Experience managing a  team of consultants or analysts, with multiple teams reporting to you preferred (up to 25 people). 

 

Experience on an Epic implementation team

 

Experience managing multiple teams as a PM, with the ability to do occassional executive level presentations

 

Duties include:

 

Provide project direction to their teams

 

Accountable for driving their part of the project plan

 

Scope management

 

Manage project milestones to ensure project is on track

 

Provide direction to team leads

 

Resource management planning ? looking ahead to prevent future issues

 

Coach and mentor team members, issue management and resolution

 

* Pediatric hospital experience is a plus, but not required.  Consultant will be required to be on-site during the work week at a hospital location in the midwest.  This is a longer term engagement, we are open to a salaried  situation preferably, but will also consider those seeking contract work.  CTGHS does pay for all travel and accomodations, and you are home on weekends.
