Job Description:

Manage the sales activities and Sales Representative development in marketing our computer products (hardware, application software) and services to both internal customers and to the healthcare community including, but not limited to, institutional, professional and allied health specialties.

Aid in the development and training of the sales staff.  Ensure that the sales team is kept abreast and is up to date on the following: Product and industry changes, Corporate marketing standards, Sales Techniques, New marketing programs.

     

Requirements:

? BA/BS required

? 4 years in a general sales management capacity with a proven track record or 3+years industry specific sales management experience and a proven track record.

? Previous experience providing training and development programs in a sales environment.

? Healthcare experience preferred.

? Excellent project planning, organization, and management skills, as well as, the ability to manage and lead a sales team to meet project objectives and evaluate its performance.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Willingness to travel extensively (5-70% depending on territory).

? Ability to conceive and run localized marketing programs.
