The Company develops and markets software-driven decision support and interactive communication technologies. It?s products help individuals and groups make well-informed decisions and take focused direction with a high level of quality, efficiency and effectiveness. The Company?s customer base consists of health care organizations, schools and businesses across the country with an emphasis on the Healthcare vertical.
The Healthcare product is designed to deliver best practices in healthcare for both patient and provider and has proven to deliver a high rate of patient confidence, satisfaction and understanding while reducing overall hospital costs.
The Conferencing state-of-the-art software platform utilizes the latest in wireless handheld technology and is used at meetings and conferences around the country to deliver interactive audience participation, real-time surveys and data analysis, as well as participant follow-up for a measurable meeting impact.
Position Description:
? Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned sales revenue goals and net growth within accounts
? Maximize the penetration of assigned accounts with both the healthcare suite and conferencing suite of solutions and services
? Demonstrate value-added solutions using a professional consultative selling approach
? Manage the sales cycle.
? Direct the account management efforts to ensure maintenance of existing business, identification of additional new business opportunity and overall account health
? Establish, build and maintain positive, professional relationships at all decision levels within assigned accounts
? Have a thorough knowledge of the operational and strategic planning methods indigenous to healthcare organizations.
? Maintain a highly credible professional profile within the industry
? Communicate issues, concerns and problems in a solution oriented manner
? Keep management appraised of competitive activity within your assigned region/accounts
? Provide management with timely reporting as required and requested
? Participate in trade shows as required
Requirements:
? BA/BS required, MBA or equivalent preferred
? Minimum 10 years, successful sales and/or sales management experience in Health Care and Payer organizations
? Superior understanding of Managed Care /Insurance Organizations/Healthcare Entities
? Extensive experience in advanced Healthcare IT solutions sales.
? Verifiable successful consultative sales experience calling on CEO, COO, CFO, CMO level executives
? Established, existing relationships with key C-suite executives within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Top Payer organizations
? Leadership in both hierarchical and team situations
? Clearly demonstrated strengths in persuasion, oral/written communications, analytical skills and sales production
? History of building and maintaining strong positive business relationships at all decision levels
