SMB Traveling Product Trainer 

Looking for motivated, independent person who loves to work with customers, is excited by document management technologies and is a creative thinker. Location:  Louisville, KY

 

 

Responsibilities Include:All aspects of an Allscripts product implementation, training, upgrade, and on-going support.Project management, scope discussion and documentation, product workflow design and setup, discussion of value metrics associated with Allscripts Healthcare Solutions products and training. Development, implementation and maintenance of educational materials for product and services training.Scheduling, organizing, facilitation and delivery of classroom, virtual classroom, and on-the-job training.Development and updating of certification programs as necessary.Updating of training materials and programs.

 

Position Outline:Salary70-90% Travel

 

 

 

Required Skills/Experience:Candidates must have excellent communication, presentation skills and customer relation skills. Ability to work with all levels of the organization including executive leadership at large healthcare organizations essential.  Software implementation and project management experience in the healthcare industry required. Technical experience (intermediate SQL experience preferred)Document Management (or enterprise software) experience extremely helpfulAbility to work with a team, as well as independently2 years live training experience required.
