The position of Sales Operations Analyst has recently become available within the Sales Operations Team of ECSG. This posiition will be primarily responsible for maintaining Sales statistics and the funnel database as well as handling other administrative tasks as needed.Position Description

1. Tracks and analyzes sales opportunities including categorization, assessment and probability management.
2. Perform and report win/loss statistics reasons.
3. Quarterly projections and forecasting and all associated reporting
4. Manage automated sales pipeline system ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Follow-up with RSE?s on pipeline input and forecasting.
6. Develop and recommend reports for sales and executive management.
7. Analyze and detect trends suggesting conclusions and actions.
8. Set up profile of client base and track add-on sales. Enter, track and report on add-on sales promotions. Lead input, tracking, follow-up and reporting.
9. Develop hardware and third-party software automated reporting system.
10 Set up and maintain `prospective customer? database.
11.Strong Siebel skills
12.SANT system knowledge for RFP

Weekly - Run HHC and MTA Close and Forecast reports (Business Objects)
- Export to excel, format and categorize
- Approval from DVP
- Send to corporate along with Upside allocation spreadsheet

- AR quarterly payout
- Raw Data to Dan to reconcile hardware sales monthly
- SA Monthly commissions
o Monthly production report HHC & MTA
o Referral and Returns Report
o Commission report
o Control Knobs report for SA Team
- Send out monthly commission statements

Send org chart and territory maps to corporate monthly ? attach headcount/personnel list of changes

Run Crystal Reports at end of month for all four databases

? Requires 2-3 years in healthcare or managed care or other related work experience with heavy reporting skills and use of spreadsheets, databases, graphics, etc.
? Strong analytical skills
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Understanding of business analysis software
? Familiarity with PC, spreadsheets, datbases, graphics and report writing products (ex. Crystal Reports)Additional Knowledge & Skills
