Senior eCommerce Software Analyst

CITY: Burlington STATE: Vermont COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The eCommerce Analyst's primary focus is working with customers to determine their business requirements and to ensure proper installation and support of the eCommerce product and services. The eCommerce Analyst will interact with all levels of the customer's organization as well as with all levels of IDX. The position calls for a person who can work independently and be responsible for achieving all defined goals and milestones. The eCommerce Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: project management, support of claims, remit and eligibility transactions for live customers, managing small install projects, acting as an escalation path for assigned customers, and working with all teams that interact with eCommerce.
Ability to work with Claim Form Generator (Z Claim)/ FDL to ensure proper formatting. Responsible for working with customers to ensure proper implementation and support of eCommerce Services. Analyzes customers needs and provides insights and solutions during the implementation and support process. Writes project plans for assigned customers, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities. Successfully manage the scope of the project, including customers priorities. Track day to day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, department policies, and/or the standard terms of the contract
Ability to manage multiple customers and projects.

Develop in depth knowledge of eCommerce Services
Develop in depth knowledge of customers claim processing, remits, eligibility, claims status, and referrals
Solid functional understanding of BAR and/or HPA
Communicate effectively with customers, project manager, project team, and executives as necessary
Seeks creative solutions to software issues in order to optimize use of standard software and to minimize the need for custom modifications
Orchestrates go-live planning and customer readiness evaluation
Provides customers with eCommerce training
Act as primary contact for assigned customers.
