The consultant will be responsible for coordination of on-site reviews, data collection, analysis and reporting processes, make determinations regarding accuracy of medical records. The consultant will travel locally within the San Francisco Bay Area territory to audit local providers. In-depth training will be provided.
Professionals encouraged to apply: Registered Nurse, RHIA, RHIT, LVN/LPN, Medical Records Abstractor & Reviewer, Medical Coder, Medical Records Technician, Health Information Tech, Physicians Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, UR Coordinator, Quality Improvement and Quality Management specialists.
