Our fast-paced Information Systems Technology team is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to focus on a large scale, high-profile project. This opportunity offers a high degree of visibility and broad exposure within the company, enabling a wide range of future advancement possibilities. Primary responsibilities include:

 
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Working with IT staff, partners and vendors in translating business needs into technical specifications
Facilitating design and testing
Developing use case diagrams
Working with technical costs and cost benefit analysis
Performing overall project management functions



Experience as a Business Analyst is required, along with experience in test case development and/or writing test cases. A bachelor’s degree is also required. Knowledge of clinical terminology is preferred, ideally with a related background in healthcare/managed care. Any IT experience with databases is a strong asset, particularly knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Proficiency in MS Office Suite of applications is required. Experience with web-based applications is a plus.
