Our IT Production Services group is looking for a self-motivated, quick learner who demonstrates a high degree of efficiency. We offer a strong, team environment, broad visibility within the company and a wide range of professional growth opportunities. For various customized applications, the Sr. IS Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between the business and IT, while focusing on the following responsibilities:

 
Analyzing applications
Supporting implementation (post-live)
Working with internal and external customers to resolve issues
Writing queries and pulling data to troubleshoot problems
Identifying opportunities for enhancements 



Business analysis experience is required; must include writing test cases or test case development. A bachelor's degree is also required. Related experience working with clinical/medical terminology in the healthcare/managed care field is preferred. IT experience and knowledge of web-based applications would also be a strong asset. Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is required; Visio is preferred.
