DST Health Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Software Developer.
Job Description
Perform software development and maintenance for both the mainframe server and client portions of a practice management healthcare application. Perform analysis, design, development, and unit testing for all programming performed. Perform other programming / analyst tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Job Requirements
Essential Knowledge. Software development skills in procedural and object oriented languages. Familiarity with relational database programming.

Essential Education. BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Science, Management Information Science with a minimum of 3 years experience. BS in Engineering, Math or other related technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years software development experience.

Essential Skills. Competence in at least 2 languages for client applications on a Windows PC, one of which must be Java. Should have experience with Internet delivered applications in an ASP mode.

Organizational Fit Consideration. Ability to work on own but as apart of a team. Must be a self starter with desire and ability to learn. Must live in the Birmingham metro area.
