Technical Business Analyst - Healthcare

Responsibilities:
- Manage the queue of performance issues on a timely basis
- Follow up with users to determine exact nature of performance related issue
- Work with System Administrators, network support, Database Administrartors and others to determine root cause of issues
- Provide status to external users and internal staff on status on a timely basis
- Provide assistance and back-up as needed on projects for the Facets Hosted Engineering team
- Drive projects to completion within time and budget

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of network and database architecture
- Strong troubleshooting skills with respect to determining root cause of performance related issues
- Strong product knowledge of The TriZetto Group, Inc. software - Facets 2.x, 3.x, or 4.x hightly preferred
- Experience with a healthcare claims system required
- Strong technical aptitude and data analysis skills
- Experience with database administration and system administration desired
- Software development background, primarily in a Windows OS environment
- Must be able to multitask between multiple projects and project phases simultaneously
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills
