Technical Engineer--Home Care

Responsible for managing and assisting in the installation and support of customer hardware products; assisting in the hardware maintenance function; coordinating the installation of company's products on personal computer prior to shipment; assisting installer on complex issues, as necessary; assisting in the maintenance of internal computer network and all associated hardware and software.
Travel 40-50%.

Education: BS degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2+ years computer support or hardware/product installation experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Windows 2000/2003, Networking, SQL Server, and computer hardware experience required.

Responsibilities:
System Administration and troubleshooting. Onsite setups and upgrades

Required Skills:
- MS SQL
- MS Windows
- Terminal Services
- Citrix
- Network Engineering

Potential on-call status and flexible hours - to include weekends and afterhours work hours.
