Job Description

Do you love to travel? If you have a desire to teach and a love being a road warrior, you could touch lives every day as a Clinical Education Specialist! In this role, you will travel to our customer sites throughout North America to train end-users on the leading edge Philips medical equipment they have purchased. You will be assessing the clinical performance of the equipment upon arrival and have an opportunity to give input on operational performance issues and ensure they are resolved. The Clinical Education Specialists trains the end-user by following published Customer Training Checklists and using recommended protocols whenever possible. You will have the critical responsibility of assessing and documenting the customer?s level of overall satisfaction with equipment performance and clinical results.

Requirements

. Current ARRT certification

? Minimum 3 years RF experience with CR and DR preferred.

? Clinical skills to perform all common procedures in a safe and efficient manner

? Clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology and common pathology routinely imaged.


? Interpersonal skills to professionally deal with a diverse set of circumstances that surround typical customer situation in a friendly and constructive manner.

? Prior experience training end users

? Ability to definitively explain and demonstrate the proper operation of the imaging equipment, most options and common accessories used in the assigned modality.

? Able to use a personal computer to complete trip reports, send and receive e-mail, navigate Internet and take computer-based training.

? Willingess to travel at least 75% and able to travel by car, air and other public transportation on a weekly basis typically departing on a Monday morning and returning on a Friday evening. Some weekend travel is also required.

The candidate must hold a valid drivers license and have a driving record showing zero felony or DUI convictions and less than three moving violations in the previous three years.
