Part Time Position

TLC Vision is a premier eye surgery services company and one of the world?s largest providers of laser vision correction procedures. At TLC, everyone is working toward the common goal of enabling people to see better than they ever have, without contacts or glasses. We have the following opportunity in Seattle, Washington.

In this highly visible customer service and patient counselor role, you will be responsible for greeting patients when they arrive and guiding them through the pre- and post-operative care at our laser eye surgery center. Reviewing medical history, prepping surgical charts, prepping patients for LASIK surgery, and reviewing postoperative instructions with patients. Other duties include taking patient phone calls, answering patient questions, and coordinating services with physician?s offices.

 

All qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent with 1-3 years experience in a sales/customer service environment. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with standard office equipment, including personal computers and Windows-based software are important. Candidates must be able to multi-task comfortably and have the ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.
