Key responsibilities of the Optician Trainee include:



Assisting patients/customers in selecting the appropriate frames and lenses based on their prescriptions


Entering orders into our internal system


Training clients on the proper use and care of their glasses/contacts


Scheduling appointments


Managing eyewear supplies and inventory



Only friendly, outgoing, sales-oriented team players will be considered for this role, and general PC proficiency and a stable work history are essential. We can train positive professionals on all job functions. Sales experience is preferred, and optical experience or a background working in a doctor’s office is a plus. ABO or NCLE certification would be ideal.
