OPTICIAN for one of Lancaster County's top private optometric practices.  Full time position which requires 1 evening per week, and approximately every other Saturday (short day). Previous experience and ABO certification (ABOC or  ABOM) helpful. Training available. We have a well-established team of eye-care professionals and are looking for someone with high motivation, patient skills, and private practice philosophy to add to our team.  Duties include dispensing, repairing, and adjusting eyeglasses and accessories. We are completely computerized in our optical department, and basic computer skills, lab ordering, tracking orders are required.We also operate a finishing lab, and lab skills are desired.  Will train on specific lab equipment, including Santinelli edger.  We offer a medical package, bonus sales package,  paid vacations following 1 full year of service, paid education (required) and membership in ABO, and Pennsylvania Paraoptometric Association.Salary incentives to pass advanced degree/certification.
