ADULT EDUCATOR (Full Time)

Caritas St. Mary?s Women and Children?s Center, an innovative community-based multi-service non-profit seeks qualified candidates for its Women at Work 16-week welfare to work job training program that empowers women toward self-sufficiency.

 

Adult Educator (Full time)

As an Adult Educator, you will teach classes in office systems and skills, computer and secretarial skills. Provides case management, outreach, recruitment and vocational counseling.

 

Qualifications:  Master Degree in Education with 2-3 years teaching, superior communication and interpersonal skills required.  A background in Adult Education would be a definite asset.  A valid Massachusetts Drivers License is required.  Send Resumes to adavis@smwcc.org

 

 

Career Placement Specialist (20 Hours)

Provide outreach and recruitment, career assessment, vocational counseling, employment support, referral services and advocacy to job readiness training program participants. Additionally this position will assist with the development of Job Search Training Curriculum and the implementation of all facets of the program.

 

Qualifications:  Master?s Degree in related field preferred or Bachelor?s degree in related human service field required and 2-4 years experience in case management & career advocacy.  A valid Massachusetts Driver?s License is required.  Send Resume: adavis@smwcc.org
