Opportunity in St. Louis, MO for a Healthcare Account Manager to utilize their skills in reviewing the staus of all regularly regularly provided services; noting issues and trends; working with Operations to resolve conflicts through regular client meetings to review company performance in providing regular accounts receivable, business strategy, and physician compensation plans services.  The Practice Manager will also have responsibility for preparing client fee schedules; analyzing/reviewing the work of less experienced staff; recommeding company services to clients that will improve profitability of the client?s practice; developing and maintaining a schedule of standard and ad hoc financial reports for each assigned client; conducting research regarding complex reimbursement guidelines and regulations, health care trends, operating systems and market competition.


Qualified candidates must be PC proficient  - spreadsheet applications and information systems; have excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; be analytical/detail-oriented; have familiarity with healthcare A/R revenue cycle management; must be a team player, flexible, and possess strong organizational skills.  Min. 3 years experience in billing/collection in a revenue cycle management setting and surgery practice experience is required; BA/BS degree or Master?s in business administration, finance, or economics preferred; applicants with relevant/equivalent experience will also be considered; Multi-specialty medical billing experiences a plus!
