The responsibilities of the Account Representative include: Staffing of healthcare professionals for temporary and contract assignments Customer relationship development and management Consultation with clients to manage conflicts and deliver staffing solutions Manage personnel activities for up to 100 healthcare professionals Recruiting of healthcare professionals through internet job boards, referrals, and direct mail campaigns. We are looking for an individual that has a minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience. The ideal candidate will be honest, assertive, detail oriented, and able to work independently. You must possess strong communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor degree is preferred.
