Activities Director - Loyalton of Las Vegas

The Activities Director will provide a full-time activity program at the community level for our residents and families, which encourages resident socialization, improves daily living skills, expands personal interests and increases physical activity and education.  Duties include: conducting/coordinating scheduled activities; preparing the monthly calendar; organizing monthly resident council meetings; driving community residents to outings; coordinating special events; coordinating individual resident programs; preparing monthly newsletter and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualified candidates will have strong verbal/written communication skills; excellent organization skills; at least one year experience in conducting group activities; a keen interest in people; ability to supervise and train employees; meet state/federal standard for driving commercial vehicles; and must meet all state health requirements.
